Voice AI that does more than answer calls.

Create AI voice agents for customer conversations, appointment workflows, inbound inquiries, and supported outbound calling scenarios.

Example conversation. Illustrative; not a transcript from a live system.

  1. Customer: Hi, I need to move my appointment on Thursday to next week.
  2. Agent: I can help with that. Can I take the name the appointment is under?
  3. Customer: It's under Priya Raman.
  4. Agent: Thanks, Priya. I see Thursday at 10:30. Next week I have Tuesday at 9:00 or Wednesday at 14:00. Which works better?
  5. Customer: Wednesday afternoon.
  6. Agent: Done. Your appointment is now Wednesday at 14:00. I'll send a confirmation to the number you're calling from. Anything else?

Voice AI that does more than answer calls.

What a voice agent is

A voice agent answers or places a phone call, understands what the caller says in natural language, and responds with a synthesized voice. It follows the behavior you configure, draws only on information you approve, and takes actions through integrations you connect. It is not a recording or a phone tree: the caller can speak normally and change topic.

How the system works

A call arrives through a supported telephony integration. Speech is transcribed, the agent interprets the request, retrieves approved information or calls a connected tool, and responds. Every turn is logged so the conversation can be summarized, reviewed, or handed to a person with full context.

Inbound voice agents

Answer calls around the clock, subject to your configuration and provider availability. Typical work: answering common questions, collecting caller details, scheduling or rescheduling appointments, routing to the right team, and taking messages when nobody is available.

Outbound voice agents

Place calls for reminders, confirmations, follow-ups and callbacks where local law and consent requirements permit. Outbound campaigns are configured with calling windows, retry rules and opt-out handling, and you are responsible for compliance in the jurisdictions you call.

Languages and voices

Language and voice options depend on the speech providers configured for your deployment. We will confirm which languages, accents and voices are supported for your use case rather than promise universal coverage.

Call routing and human handoff

Define when the agent should transfer: a caller asks for a person, a topic is sensitive, confidence is low, or a rule you set is met. Transfers can carry a summary of the conversation so far, so the person picking up doesn't start from zero.

Deployment options

Connect an existing number through a supported telephony or SIP integration, or provision a new one through a provider. Agents can run alongside your current contact-center setup and take only the call types you assign to them.

Actual capabilities depend on configuration, connected integrations and provider support. Supported languages, telephony networks and call volumes are confirmed per deployment.

How a conversation flows.

Each step is logged, so every outcome can be reviewed and every handoff carries context.

Questions about Samvaad Voice.

Can the voice agent use our existing phone number?
Often yes, through a supported telephony or SIP integration. Whether your current carrier can be connected depends on the provider; we confirm this during scoping.
What happens when the agent can't help?
It follows your escalation rules: transfer to a person, take a message, or schedule a callback. You decide what triggers a transfer.
Are calls recorded?
Recording and transcript retention are configuration choices. Where you enable them, you are responsible for disclosure and consent under the laws that apply to your callers.
Can it make outbound calls?
Yes, where legally permitted and with appropriate consent. Outbound use cases are reviewed during setup to confirm compliance requirements.
