Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Samvaad Agents ("we", "us") collects through samvaadagents.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Site only. Data processed by AI agents deployed for a customer is governed by the agreement with that customer.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the contact or demo request form we collect the details you enter: name, business email, company, and optionally job title, industry, company size, use case, preferred channel, expected volume and a message. Please do not include medical, financial or other sensitive personal information in the form.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting infrastructure records standard server logs (IP address, request path, user agent, timestamp) for security and reliability. Analytics are disabled on the Site unless a privacy-conscious analytics service is enabled; if we enable one, this policy will be updated and any required consent mechanism will be shown.

Demonstrations. The text-based agent demo runs entirely in your browser on sample data. Nothing you type into it is sent to our servers or stored. The voice demo is not yet live; when it is, it will request microphone permission only after you explicitly start it and will disclose how audio is processed.

How we use information

• To respond to your inquiry and discuss whether our services fit your requirements.
• To send product updates by email only if you separately opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To keep the Site secure and reliable.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Legal basis

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries and operating the Site, and on your consent for optional marketing communications.

Sharing

We share information with service providers that host the Site, store form submissions and deliver email, under agreements that restrict their use of the data. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.

Retention

Inquiry details are retained for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards for follow-up, after which they are deleted. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security purposes. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, or to object to processing. To exercise them, email contact@samvaadagents.com. We'll respond within the period required by applicable law.

Security

The Site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are sent to our backend over encrypted connections and stored with access limited to people who need it to respond. See the Security page for our principles.

Children

The Site is intended for business users and not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Material changes will be noted on this page.
